As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to affect us all in unprecedented ways, we at Sono-Tek wanted to update you on our status. As a New York State “Essential Business” we remain operational.
Our robust digital management system implemented in all departments over the past several years has allowed elimination of all paperwork and removed the requirement for face to face management.
In an effort to further protect our employees and everyone in our community, Sono-Tek has put strong internal practices in place to drastically reduce the threat of transmission, with much of our workforce implementing the following measures: working from home, video conferencing, multiple shifts, and other CDC recommended methods. We are accepting only essential visits to our factory that require pre-approval.
We want to assure you that our Service/Support, Applications Engineering, Technical Sales, Production, Engineering, and other departments are working at full capacity and will continue to work with our many valuable partners and customers. Our commitment to continue to provide the best possible customer support and proactive, safe engagement with existing and potential customers is paramount.
