This policy applies to orders for the ExactaCoat Benchtop Ultrasonic Spray Coating System initiated through Sono-Tek’s online product listings, including Google. These orders are governed by Sono-Tek’s U.S. Terms and Conditions of Sale. This policy summarizes the terms specific to the ExactaCoat listing.
Payment
Payment terms: 100% payment required with order unless alternative payment terms are approved in writing by Sono-Tek.
Lead time
The ExactaCoat is built to order and ships 16–20 weeks after the order is placed. Crating is included in the equipment price. Transit within the continental United States is typically less than one week.
Freight
Freight: Included in the listed price for delivery within the continental United States.
The system ships by freight. There is no separate shipping charge for delivery within the continental United States. For delivery outside the continental United States, contact Sono-Tek for a quote.
Returns
The system is built to order and is non-returnable. Returns are not accepted, except as may be authorized under Sono-Tek’s warranty policy. Because returns are not accepted, there is no return freight, restocking fee or refund.
Warranty
Sono-Tek warrants the system against defects in material and workmanship for 12 months from the date of shipment. Any defects are repaired or otherwise addressed under the Limited Warranty in the U.S. Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Sales tax
Sono-Tek collects the applicable state and local sales taxes for orders shipped to New York and California. Customers claiming a full or partial exemption must provide the appropriate state tax documentation.
