Nepcon Japan is ASIA’S LARGEST Exhibition for Electronics Design, R&D and Manufacturing. PCB manufacturing and precision semiconductor industries have been using Sono-Tek ultrasonic spray systems for decades. Recently the expanding MEMs manufacturing market has spurred the growth of Sono-Tek coating systems used to deposit thin films of photoresist onto wafers, ceramic and glass substrates. We are excited to kick off 2014 with this big semiconductor show.
