High accuracy and continuous flow syringe pump
The CSP Flow continuous syringe pump features:
- Fully integrates with Sono-Tek ultrasonic nozzles and motion systems
- Allows for uninterrupted continuous flow
- Capable of flow rates down to .001 ml/min
- Recirculation pump continuously mixes liquid
- Can be integrated with SonicSyringes (SonoFlow)
The CSP Flow continuous syringe pump consists of dual alternating syringes with a continuous recirculation loop. This unique design allows for non-stop delivery of liquid flow without interruption to refill the syringe. While one syringe is dispensing liquid to the ultrasonic nozzle the second syringe is refilling with liquid pulled from the recirculation loop. Auto-sensing detects when either syringe is near empty, and initiates the immediate liquid dispense process from the full syringe. This method of liquid delivery ensures a smooth continuous flow with high precision delivery that is inherent with precision positive displacement metering pumps.
