Ultrasonic Spray Coating System
The FlexiCoat System is an inline programmable 3-axis small footprint automated coating system that is suitable for almost any spray coating application. Fully automated control of process parameters and program recipe storage enables flexibility for R&D applications or pilot line to moderate volume production coatings.

The FlexiCoat system employs robust ball screw slides driven by stepping motors. Any Sono-Tek ultrasonic nozzle can be integrated. Spray patterns are easily shaped, ranging from 2 – 153 mm (0.01 – 6″) wide. A variety of integrated liquid delivery options are available with a wide range of flow rate capabilities, depending on system configuration.
