Ultrasonic Antimicrobial Spraying Systems for Medical and Industrial Textiles

Uniform nanolayers of antibacterial solutions including silver silane, silver nitrate, or natural antimicrobial agents sprayed onto food products to enhance food safety, extend shelf life, and inhibit the growth of mold, gram (+) and gram (-) bacteria. The WideTrack wide area coating system is commonly used to spray wide area substrates and moving webs of materials such as fabrics with nanolayers of antimicrobials. The thickness and concentration of coatings can be easily controlled and adjusted to maximize durability and efficiency.
